Previously, we have relied strictly on mill certification and warehouse assurance.  We spend enormous amounts of energy and time providing our customers assurance on product quality.  However, the industries today are demanding complete traceability of quality, which involves collecting and recording all  information from their alloy materials. 

Our NITON XLt898 Alloy Analyzer has allowed us to give our customers the required elemental analysis in a fraction of the time.  Mill certification and heat stamps originate by assurances of metal quality given by the suppliers or by testing using direct comparison to standard materials. 

The Alloy Analyzer allows us to analyzes metals for their alloying elements including Ti, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Zr, Cb(Nb), Mo, TZM, Hf, Ta, W, Th, and more.  
We can provide a reliable method for nondestructive verification of incoming material; to be  certain that what you receive is what you ordered. 

The XLt898 utilizes X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) technology to analyze metal samples in forms ranging from solid parts to turnings or powders.

Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) 
are considered essential in our industry.  Product components constructed using out-of-spec materials 
can produce results ranging from the inconvenient to 
the disastrous. MIL Spec documentation gives little assurance of product quality, with an estimated 
70 percent of material mix-ups resulting from incorrect
MIL Spec documentation.

The manufacturing industries (ranging from small metal fabricators to major aerospace manufacturers) rely on Rembar for material verification.  All of our parts and material are clearly tagged and bar coded.  Rembar uses state of the art equipment to achieve Quality Assurance and Quality Control.

Mitutoyo Surface Roughness tester allows us to measure and document the specified surface required.

Each Type of surface finish is truly and consistently reproduced with a realistic idea of the feel, appearance and texture of the machined components.

 

Our OGP SmartScope Flash 200 benchtop metrology system includes state-of-the-art video measurement with a touch trigger probes and easy-to-use software.  Inspections are easy, automated and accurate.  This gives us the ability to insure precision measuring capability.
