assurance. We spend enormous
amounts of energy and time providing our customers assurance on
product quality. However, the industries today are demanding complete
traceability of quality,
which involves collecting and recording all information from their alloy materials.
Our NITON
XLt898 Alloy Analyzer has
allowed us to give our customers the required elemental analysis in
a fraction of the time. Mill certification and heat stamps
originate by assurances of metal quality given by the suppliers or
by testing using direct comparison to standard materials. |

The Alloy Analyzer allows us to analyzes metals for their alloying
elements including
Ti,
Cr, Mn, Fe, Co,
Ni, Cu, Zn, Zr, Cb(Nb),
Mo,
TZM,
Hf,
Ta,
W,
Th, and more.
We
can provide a reliable method for nondestructive verification of incoming material;
to be certain that what you receive is what you ordered.
The XLt898
utilizes X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) technology
to analyze metal samples in forms ranging
from solid parts to turnings or powders. |

SmartScope Flash 200 benchtop metrology system includes state-of-the-art video measurement with
a touch trigger probes and easy-to-use software. Inspections are easy, automated and
accurate. This gives us the ability to insure precision
measuring capability.
